!! International Orders !!

- Starting January 1st 2021, due to the new VAT policy, I will not be able to ship to the UK. Thank you for your understanding.

- For shipping to EU countries:
Due to shipping changes affecting the EU after July 1, 2021, please be aware that all EU customers are responsible for paying any import VAT, taxes, and fees associated with your order. Import VAT is charged by your country on orders under €150, and it must be paid to your local package delivery service in order for your package to arrive to you. The cost of international shipping through my shop does not include the import VAT charge, which is a separate payment you will need to pay to your delivery service. Orders cannot be refunded if you fail to pay import fees that allow your package to arrive safely to you

- If you decide to order despite the suspension, I will hold your packages until the suspension is lifted.

- If the package is returned, you will receive an email notification asking if you would like the package to be reshipped. If you would like the package to be reshipped, an additional reship fee will be required. If not, I can provide a refund minus the original shipping fee.

- All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation, and shipped orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive within the U.S. and anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive internationally. Due to COVID-19 related delays, please allow for much longer wait-times. If your order is delayed, your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, or you suspect your package is lost, please contact the USPS before contacting me; once packages are shipped by me, I unfortunately don't have control over where your package is or how long it will take to get to you. I also only have your tracking number, so there’s not much I can do in terms of finding your missing package! If your package is lost in shipment, I am unable to replace it for free, so please place your order again if you’d still like to receive your items.

Not accepting refunds on orders that have been shipped out, however, if there is any fault in the product, please email me and refunds and returns will be issued on a case by case manner.

Due to the current change of policy of stripe and paypal on their processing fees, any refunds would require a 10% restocking fee.

Consumer data will not be sold to third parties.
All payments are done through the security of paypal and stripe.
